My Role

As Design Director, I led the 4-month design and launch of Sport Beach’s digital platform, partnering with internal teams and client stakeholders to translate the event’s vision into a scalable product. I provided design leadership across the program, facilitated cross-discipline reviews, and worked closely with strategy, engineering, and brand teams to deliver a website and AI-powered app.

Challenge

Sport Beach was a flagship activation at Cannes, uniting athletes, brands, and innovators. Stagwell needed a digital platform that matched the event’s scale, with real-time updates, simplifying participation, and setting the foundation to grow future activations.

Solution

We translated Sport Beach’s bold identity into a digital platform that felt as alive as the event itself. Personalized itineraries, recommendation engines, and discovery features gave users a tailored experience, while real-time CMS updates and AI-driven components kept content fresh throughout the week. The result was a premium, intuitive platform shipped in under five months.
